Terms of Service
These terms apply whenever you order kitchenware or related products from Yenzmamâ„¢ through our online store.

1. Agreement and Application
These Terms of Service govern purchases made through Yenzmam.com and form an agreement between you and Beijing Danru Catering Co., Ltd., the company that operates Yenzmamâ„¢.
By submitting an order, you accept these terms together with the policies referenced here, including our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and any applicable warranty terms.
2. Product Details
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, materials, dimensions, specifications, photographs, prices, and availability accurately. However, minor variations may occur because of screen settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, or ongoing product improvements.
Any stated product performance is based on its intended use or controlled testing conditions. Actual results may differ depending on factors such as ingredient quantity, heat source, cooking method, kitchen layout, ventilation, maintenance, selected settings, and surrounding conditions.
Yenzmamâ„¢ products are consumer kitchenware, not medical devices. Our product information does not constitute medical advice and is not a replacement for diagnosis, treatment, professional care, or required kitchen ventilation.
3. Order Review and Acceptance
Receiving an order confirmation means that we have received your order; it does not automatically mean the order has been accepted.
Before acceptance, we may review payment authorization, customer identity, delivery details, inventory, purchase quantity, and possible fraudulent activity. An order may be declined, limited, or canceled because of payment failure, unavailable inventory, incorrect pricing or content, suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, sanctions, export restrictions, or other lawful grounds.
If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, an appropriate refund will be issued.
4. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Product prices appear in the currency displayed by the store and may be changed for future purchases without advance notice. Before an order is submitted, checkout will show applicable discounts, delivery charges, taxes, and the final total.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Authorization holds, currency-conversion charges, and transaction posting times are determined by banks and payment service providers.
5. Promotional Offers
A promotion may be limited by customer eligibility, selected products, purchase quantity, availability period, geographic area, or redemption conditions.
Unless an offer specifically states otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined, redeemed for cash, or applied to a completed purchase. Promotions may be revised or discontinued where permitted by law.
6. Shipping, Transfer of Risk, and Returns
Our published policies govern order processing, delivery, cancellation requests, returns, and refunds. Ownership and responsibility for loss transfer in accordance with applicable law and the delivery terms presented during checkout.
7. Limited Product Warranty
Eligible Yenzmamâ„¢ products include a 2-year limited warranty for qualifying defects in materials or workmanship, subject to the warranty terms supplied with the product.
This warranty does not cover consumable parts, ordinary wear, cosmetic damage, misuse, inadequate maintenance, accidents, unauthorized alterations, or use that conflicts with the provided instructions. Any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.
8. Safe and Appropriate Use
You are responsible for following all product instructions concerning installation, electrical compatibility, cleaning, supervision, operation, and filter or component replacement, where applicable.
Stop using a product if it appears damaged, becomes unusually hot, produces an unexpected odor, or otherwise operates abnormally. Disconnect it from power when it is safe to do so.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Yenzmamâ„¢ will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from a purchase or the use of a product, including loss of use, data, revenue, or profit.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total responsibility will not exceed the amount paid for the product connected with the claim, unless applicable law requires a different result.
10. Applicable Law and Severability
These terms are interpreted under applicable law without restricting mandatory consumer protections.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. Choosing not to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
11. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these terms for future transactions. Unless a change is required by law, the version in effect when an order is accepted will generally govern that purchase.
